SERO is a framework for personal & professional development by meansof self-discovery. It’s a way to examine, curate, and amplify the attributes that make you unique and stand out. Our process provides you with 1:1 session opportunities to reflect on your behaviors and how you want to show up for the world. By identifying and examining your mission in life and what you value most, we can help you curate your personal brand in a way that is easy for you to activate daily.
So, what is SERO?
How does it all work?
The SERO foundational framework is split into several video conference sessions following a curriculum that is customized to you. In each session, you will meet with one or two members of the SERO team to explore a specific workshop covering a personal branding topic. In between sessions you’ll be supplied with supplemental self-work sessions to further your understanding of yourself and with interactive surveys and additional material to review and continue the curriculum on your own.
